The company's top management is committed to the continuous improvement of the company and the quality management system through the establishment and monitoring of quality objectives.
The basic principles as expressed in the company's Quality System processes are:
→ Compliance with customer's specified requirements as agreed through written agreements to increase their satisfaction.
→ Continuous briefing and training of staff.
→ Investigating causes of non-compliance or complaints and further defining corrective actions.
The principles of the System as well as the objectives for quality are regularly reviewed by the Company's Management in order to adapt to the new needs and market developments, legislative requirements and to the objective of continuous improvement of the company's operations.
